The successful delivery of any project is crucial to our customer's happiness. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have developed project management methodology focusing on the areas of project planning, system design, deployment and customer satisfaction surveying.
Dynacom can assist in the planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve the successful deployment of a project. We will evaluate and factor in time constraints, budgetary constraints and deliverables.
The dynamic nature of projects is inherently different to ongoing operations, which are repetitive, permanent, and functional activities to produce products or services. The management of these two systems is quite different, and, as such, requires the development of distinct technical skills and management strategies.
When Dynacom undertakes a project, our first step is to sit with our clients to align expectations and conduct a customer design review (CDR). We then identify and define the primary constraints of the scope of work (SOW), schedule, and budget. Once we finalize the first step, our primary mission is then to achieve all of the project goals and objectives which were defined, while honoring the preconceived constraints of scope of work (SOW), timeline, and budget.
